Placer County's Royal Gorge Website

Placer County Planning now has on their website pages devoted to the Foster/Syme/Royal Gorge LLC project. Most of the documents are rather large PDF files so if you have a high speed internet connection check out http://www.placer.ca.gov/Departments/CommunityDevelopment/Planning/Projects/RoyalGorge.aspx for the orginal documents. Unfortunately most of the maps have their legend's cut off.

Since the documents, as PDF files, are rather large, I have converted the Project Description file (nearly 1MB as a PDF file) to a managable web page (a mere 27KB) for your viewing-- click here. The other documents have graphics and need to be viewed as submitted.

Please remember these are the pre-project planning (ie before the official submission) documents and therefore have very little meat in them. The are mostly used so that the County agencies can specify to the developers specific items they will need to include in the formal application. Although Foster/Syme repeatedly said they would not go to the County until June, the submission dates on the documents are from April 12, 2007.
